Please ensure that all products are returned in their original packaging and in unused, unassembled condition.

Pack Your Product

Securely pack the unused grill or accessory in its original box, ensuring all components, manuals, and hardware are included.

Affix Shipping Label

Clearly mark the provided RMA number on the outside of the package and attach the prepaid or standard shipping label.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
